i hate doing customs!!
ahh. damn lah.
it clearly states tht "I DONT ACCEPT ANY CUSTOMS" in my blogskins profile.
but people are like '' can u help me make one with black background? ''

but for some people whom i know,yah, customs available.
no im not biased, but just tht its easier to ask them about this and tht.
